Cyber Info Refund Policy

Cyber Info is a Texas-based nonprofit organization recognized as a 501(c)(3) public charity. We deeply appreciate your support and contributions to our mission.

At this time, Cyber Info only accepts donations through Open Collective and Deed. As a charitable organization, all donations are generally considered nonrefundable. However, we recognize that certain exceptional circumstances may warrant a refund review.

1. Eligible Refund Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in limited situations, including but not limited to:

  • Mistaken or accidental donations (e.g., unintended duplicate donations)
  • Double charges due to payment processing errors
  • Incorrect donation amount submitted by mistake
  • Payment schedule or processing issues on the donor's end

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original donation date. Cyber Info reserves the final discretion to determine whether a refund will be granted.

2. Ineligible Refund Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Dissatisfaction with general organizational activities or decisions
  • Being banned or suspended from Cyber Info's Discord server, online communities, or events
  • Disagreement with our mission, leadership, or policies
  • Personal disputes with other community members or volunteers
  • Attempting to use donations as a form of exchange for services or privileges

Cyber Info does not offer any paid services at this time. Donations are strictly voluntary and support our nonprofit mission.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under the criteria above:

  • Please contact us through the same platform on which your donation was made (e.g., Open Collective or Deed).
  • Provide your donation details, the reason for the request, and any supporting information.
  • We will review your request promptly and notify you of our decision.

4. Additional Notes

  • Refunds will only be processed using the original payment method when possible.
